Enjoy your vacation in this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 and a half bath sleeping 10, Cannon Hill home that is a short walk to your private, association only beach on Bassing Harbor. This lovely home has 2 living areas, a screened in porch and tons of outdoor space for you all to spread out and relax in. There is 1 queen, 2 kings, 2 twin beds and 1 bunk bed. Sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds singing on the back deck while the sun comes up. Then in the evening, sit back and chill with your favorite beverage and watch the stars come out. The grill is right there for your BBQ's and steak dinners too. Walk down to the beach, collect some shells, and let the sun and surf rejuvenate you. A short drive brings you into downtown Chatham for your shopping, dining, movies and ice cream. While the breeze from nearby Pleasant Bay will likely provide comfort and fresh air throughout the summer. The house provides 2 slim line/ductless a/c units wall/ceiling in the family and living room as well as 3 in the lower level. There is an additional window unit in the master bedroom. WiFi to keep you connected and Blue-ray /DVD, HD TV and a wireless sound system for your entertainment. Kayaks, bikes and boogie boards add to the fun while staying here! Dog friendly too (2 dogs max), pet fee of $150 will be added to the lease. Welcome bag included compliments of the owner-reusable tote with paper and cleaning products.
